We're past the midweek-mark, which could only mean two things: a) exams are nearing, b) the holidays will come soon after. The mundanity of the week could drive me crazy if I hadn't had the occasional conversations and laughter in the cold, stale air on level four of the library. The shuffling of papers, frequent sighs (why they sigh) and the to-and-fro-the-printing-room can seem overwhelming as I look up from my work, hoping for a brief respite. I feel way more organised with a daily to-do list. And as usual people tell me to study smart, not study hard, but how is that possible if I don't even have an inkling how to go about doing that. Life as a university student doesn't seem far-off from that of a junior-college student when it comes to the short period near our final exams.

And this semester... well, I'll leave that reflection for another day.

For now, study.
